Please describe a time you set challenging goals for a project and what you did to achieve these goals. Describe the situation, your actions, and the outcome.

- Compare the final result with the original target.
Use one example, maintain a clean timeline and attach a reason to each important action. That combination makes the answer easier to follow and gives the interviewer evidence rather than adjectives.
